What you will do

• Own product roadmaps for Sales and Client Portals, prioritizing initiatives to meet business objectives.
• Translate user insights and growth goals into clear product specifications and delivery plans.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle by partnering with Design, Engineering, QA, and Data teams.
• Establish core metrics to monitor user behavior, conversion funnels, and lifetime value.
• Identify and validate AI and machine-learning opportunities to automate and personalize user experiences.
• Act as the primary product representative across Business, Compliance, and Marketing departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is required for cross-cultural collaboration.
• Strong experience with Sales or Client Portals and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Firebase, plus foundational SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to navigate regulatory requirements such as ASIC, MAS, and FSA.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering both mobile (iOS/Android) and web products.
• Familiarity with Flutter or React Native.
• Practical experience designing and delivering AI or machine-learning products.
