What you will do

• Negotiate managed care payer contract rates and terms for home health, hospice, and senior living operations.
• Analyze contract margins and financial performance in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
• Develop and implement tactical plans to expand managed care relationships and optimize financial outcomes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for operational leadership regarding healthcare industry changes and reimbursement strategies.
• Provide training and resources to field operations, AR teams, and intake personnel on contract administration.
• Coordinate contract amendments, terminations, and claims issue resolution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience in managed care contracting with a payer or provider organization.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Managed Medicaid products.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data and communicating insights professionally.
• Understanding of CPT-4, HCPCS, Revenue, and ICD coding standards.
• Ability to travel as required for business needs.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or health care administration.
• Experience with Home Health, Hospice, or Assisted Living operations.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet.
