TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines

What you will do

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and delivering a white-glove service experience.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and placements, coordinating with Recruitment, IT, HR, and Operations.
  • Proactively manage client concerns and escalations, resolving issues behind the scenes to remove friction from the client experience.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and additional staffing support by developing a deep understanding of client business goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, project milestones, and account statuses within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex project timelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms to maintain accurate client records.
  • Ability to work the midshift schedule (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM PHT) to support US and UK clients.

Nice to have

  • Experience within BPO, offshoring, staffing, or recruitment environments.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies.
  • Previous experience supporting clients based in the US or UK.
  • Experience managing client retention and upselling initiatives.
