TL;DR
Business Controller (FP&A): Act as an embedded finance business partner for Keonn leadership, owning budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting with an accent on translating commercial activity into forward-looking revenue and performance insights. Focus on building integrated P&L and balance sheet forecasts, supporting monthly accounting close, and delivering clear financial analysis to non-finance stakeholders.

What you will do
- Serve as the embedded finance business partner for Keonn leadership.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the business unit.
- Partner with Sales to translate pipeline and bookings into forward-looking revenue forecasts.
- Report on bookings, backlog, shipments, and performance vs. targets.
- Support monthly accounting close in coordination with local and corporate finance teams.
- Build integrated P&L and balance sheet forecasts and support AOP and quarterly reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance business partnering.
- Experience supporting Sales or revenue forecasting with a strong commercial and analytical mindset.
- Solid understanding of accounting close processes.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Fluent English and Catalan required.
