Market Intelligence Intern (SaaS)

Market Intelligence Intern (SaaS/Hosting): Supporting the Group Center of Excellence in optimizing pricing and packaging for portfolio companies across Europe with an accent on competitive benchmarks and customer research. Focus on designing pricing surveys, analyzing willingness-to-pay, and improving AI-driven competitor monitoring.

Location: Hybrid or Remote in Netherlands (Leiden) or Spain (Barcelona). Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the country of application.

What you will do

• Perform competitive pricing benchmarks and enhance AI-driven competitor monitoring systems.
• Contribute to the Group Pricing Playbook, developing methodologies and standardized reporting templates.
• Design and analyze pricing surveys focusing on value perception and willingness-to-pay.
• Support customer segmentation, persona development, and behavioral analysis initiatives.
• Create market intelligence reports on competitive positioning and emerging customer trends.
• Collaborate with Performance and Market teams to translate research insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (final year) or Master’s programme in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across Europe.
• Must have legal right to work in the Netherlands or Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools for data analysis.
• Interest in AI automation and SaaS business models.
