What you will do

• Support the digitalization of internal processes and data management.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collect, clean, organize, and structure data from different sources.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve reporting efficiency.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to understand operational needs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and data handling.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English: Work language required.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Python, VBA, or Power Automate.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or business software.
• Understanding of process mapping, Lean, or continuous improvement concepts.
