What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the PMD inbox workload to ensure timely processing.
• Review and validate incoming requests for completeness and data quality.
• Classify, reject, or redirect requests based on internal guidelines.
• Support automation initiatives, specifically AI-based inbox management and process optimization.
• Assist in creating process documentation and managing internal communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Data, or a similar field.
• Must have completed the bachelor's degree within the last 3 years.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mutilva, Spain.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
