What you will do
- Execute research end-to-end, including quantitative market research (market research, brand tracking, NPS) and qualitative studies (e.g., focus groups), coordinating external partners or in-house delivery.
- Synthesize and organize macro data points, communicating insights as a central hub for identifying opportunities and solving brand-related problems.
- Shape brand strategy by providing key insights and strategic thinking, acting as a stakeholder from audience definition to creative briefings.
- Interpret and present findings to marketing stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX Research to build a centralized knowledge base for marketing and product teams.
- Monitor the market by tracking and analyzing competitor activity with the Media team.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and executing quantitative market research projects end-to-end.
- Strategic and analytical mindset to critically evaluate data, connect disparate data points, and form a clear strategic point of view.
- Strong project management and coordination skills to manage multiple moving parts in a dynamic environment.
- Data literacy with proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish to influence cross-functional teams.

Hiring process
