What you will do
- Own and define key metrics including conversion, LTV, CAC, payback, and refund rates.
- Design and execute end-to-end A/B tests from initial hypothesis to actionable conclusions.
- Build LTV models using early signals and sensible assumptions.
- Conduct pricing experiments to analyze trade-offs between conversion, price, and long-term value.
- Analyze web onboarding funnels to identify and implement growth opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Copilot to accelerate analytical workflows.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, including joins, window functions, and CTEs.
- Python experience for data analysis and light automation.
- Experience with ETL tools and pipelines (Airflow, dbt).
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of subscription unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin).
- Solid grasp of A/B testing design and analysis, particularly in low-volume settings.

- Daily integration of AI tools into your analytics workflow.
- Professional background in health, pharma, or digital health.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR compliance regarding health data tracking.
- Experience in paywall optimization and web onboarding funnel analysis.
