Compensation: $71,300 - $124,500 USD + Commission

What you will do

• Assist in preparing and delivering solution demonstrations for small and mid-sized accounting firms.
• Collaborate with sales and solution architects to align product capabilities with customer needs.
• Manage and maintain demo-ready environments for core software solutions.
• Respond to RFPs, product inquiries, and pricing requests using approved knowledge base content.
• Create and implement technical documentation to improve team technology acumen.
• Maintain accurate records and technical entries within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in tax, accounting, or software support.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SaaS, APIs, Cloud solutions, and AI technologies (GenAI, LLM, Agentic AI).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced interpersonal and presentation abilities for customer engagement.
• Must be able to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.
