Location: Must be based in the Austin, TX Metro area (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).
Compensation: $56,000–$95,000 base salary.

What you will do
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting across a defined enterprise territory using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders within target accounts to build a robust pipeline.
- Qualify leads with rigor and hand off meetings to Account Directors with clear context and confirmed fit.
- Collaborate on vertical-specific outreach strategies across retail, apparel, and B2B distribution.
- Develop pipeline through joint campaigns with agency and SI partners.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and meet monthly targets for meetings booked and opportunities created.
Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Demonstrated experience building sequences and working cold accounts.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders, including VPs and C-level contacts.
- Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
- Must be based in the Austin, TX Metro area and able to work in a hybrid model.
- Genuine curiosity about modern prospecting and AI-assisted sales workflows.
