Senior Sales Development Representative (Ehirify.global): Driving enterprise-level outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for a leading AI-driven hirify.global ecosystem with an accent on strategic account research and multi-channel outreach. Focus on engaging senior stakeholders, qualifying complex opportunities using MEDDPICC, and collaborating with Account Directors to secure high-value partnerships.

Location: Must be based in the Austin, TX Metro area (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

Compensation: $56,000–$95,000 base salary.

What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting across a defined enterprise territory using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders within target accounts to build a robust pipeline.
  • Qualify leads with rigor and hand off meetings to Account Directors with clear context and confirmed fit.
  • Collaborate on vertical-specific outreach strategies across retail, apparel, and B2B distribution.
  • Develop pipeline through joint campaigns with agency and SI partners.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and meet monthly targets for meetings booked and opportunities created.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets.
  • Demonstrated experience building sequences and working cold accounts.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders, including VPs and C-level contacts.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
  • Must be based in the Austin, TX Metro area and able to work in a hybrid model.
  • Genuine curiosity about modern prospecting and AI-assisted sales workflows.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SaaS and/or ehirify.global industries.
  • Experience selling into marketing or ehirify.global teams at retail, apparel, or manufacturing companies.
