What you will do

• Engage with existing customers to maximize revenue from supplies and services.
• Qualify inbound leads and marketing-generated opportunities using Salesforce.
• Manage the full sales cycle and close deals within assigned accounts.
• Provide sales support including quotation management and pricing updates.
• Collaborate with technical support and operations to resolve customer issues.
• Analyze database platforms to identify new cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese language skills (reading, speaking, and writing) required.
• Basic English communication skills required (TOEIC 700+ preferred).
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Oracle, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 5% for customer visits.
