TL;DR

Strategic ABM Manager (ABM/GTM): Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies and campaigns for strategic global accounts with an accent on personalized messaging, stakeholder alignment, and measurable ROI. Focus on building marketing plans, creating tailored collateral, and using data analysis to optimize performance across cross-functional teams.

Location: Woburn, MA

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 annual base salary

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with strategic account objectives.
  • Create and run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key decision-makers and personas.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce tailored collateral (presentations, case studies, white papers) with consistent branding.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and act as the main marketing point of contact for strategic accounts.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and report ROI to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate with sales, product marketing, content marketing, and demand generation to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, account-based marketing, or a similar role, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles and strategies.
  • Ability to learn and adopt AI-powered tools for research, writing, analysis, or customer support; proactively identify opportunities to use AI/automation to streamline workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
