What you will do

• Execute a commerce content strategy and write/edit shoppable editorial pieces.
• Manage a roster of freelancers, including payment and deadline tracking.
• Optimize testing methodologies and ensure best UGC processes and practices.
• Implement SEO and GEO best practices for commerce-driven posts and editorial calendars.
• Analyze site analytics and purchasing data to identify new commerce opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commerce and Audience Development teams to optimize revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience editing commerce content for a digital property.
• Prior beauty writing experience is required.
• Experience managing teams and working with freelancers.
• Proven track record in beauty product testing and creating video-forward commerce content.
• Solid knowledge of SEO tactics to attract a buying audience.
• Ability to analyze performance across verticals and retailers to drive revenue generation.
