What you will do

• Define and execute acquisition strategy for six clinical medicine disciplines, ensuring editorial quality and market relevance.
• Build and manage relationships with authors, SMEs, and medical society partners to secure high-value content.
• Drive the transition of print reference titles into digital products, licensing arrangements, and structured data for AI training.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and sales teams to integrate content into clinical decision support modules and RAG pipelines.
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics to guide investment decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases and lead licensing negotiations with health IT and clinical AI developers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in medical or clinical reference publishing, including acquisitions, content development, or strategy.
• Demonstrated success in managing print-to-digital transitions or content licensing initiatives.
• Strong business development acumen with experience in partnership building and contract negotiation.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and drive alignment across internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with financial forecasting and P&L oversight.
• Must be able to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
