What you will do

• Develop and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, playbooks, and case studies in partnership with Product Marketing.
• Design and implement curriculum and e-learning modules using Articulate 360 to support sales transformation.
• Manage a centralized sales content library to ensure materials are organized and accessible.
• Collaborate with product and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Analyze content performance metrics and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize content for various buyer personas and stages of the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.A.
• Proven experience in content writing, design, and sales enablement strategy.
• Expertise in learning experience design and curriculum development.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) is required.
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (Highspot preferred) and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and training effectiveness.
