Senior Content Editor (Medical Education)

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA

Salary: $66,700 - $116,400 USD

What you will do

• Research market trends and customer needs to identify new publishing opportunities.
• Recruit and manage relationships with authors and subject matter experts.
• Develop business plans and manage P&L for assigned portfolios.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee the development process from ideation to publication.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product profitability and ensure alignment with accreditation standards.

Requirements

• College degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in higher education publishing or related fields.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time for campus visits and exhibits.
• Strong project management and financial oversight skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and collaboration tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
