Location: Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland (Hybrid/Remote flexibility offered).

Salary: 288,000–432,000 PLN

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end project execution and roadmap delivery while managing dependencies.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Designers in a Triad to align on priorities and scope.
  • Coach and mentor engineers to support their career growth and performance.
  • Ensure predictable, sustainable team throughput and high-quality software delivery.
  • Resolve cross-domain impediments and lead incident retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion diverse hiring and foster an innovative, collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing software product development teams.
  • Strong background in commercial-grade software development and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience managing remote teams or individuals in distributed locations.
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
  • Proven ability to manage team pace, protect against burnout, and motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and cross-group collaboration.
