What you will do

• Mentor and develop a team of Backend and Fullstack Engineers, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Drive the planning and execution of the product roadmap for the hirify.global Pay checkout solution.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, coding standards, and security practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, reliability, and system performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience in people leadership and project or delivery management.
• Strong technical background in Java.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS) and cloud migration.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
• Exposure to security, compliance, or enterprise environments.
