Compensation Manager

Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role follows a hybrid workplace model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Support the design, administration, and evaluation of base salary and incentive compensation programs.
• Develop and maintain financial models for annual bonus planning and performance scenario projections.
• Partner with Finance on compensation-related forecasting, budgeting, and bonus accruals.
• Analyze compensation outcomes to ensure alignment with market positioning and cost expectations.
• Provide analytical support for offers, promotions, and retention decisions.
• Prepare data-driven materials for senior leadership to translate analysis into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or Human Resources.
• 5–8+ years of experience in compensation, finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfort working with complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including scenario analysis.
• Ability to partner effectively across Compensation, HR, and Finance functions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial and compensation concepts.
