What you will do
- Support the administration and execution of compensation programs, including merit and promotion cycles.
- Validate compensation data, audit recommendations, and ensure accuracy throughout planning processes.
- Provide operational support to HR Business Partners and managers by resolving compensation-related inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Manage compensation system administration in Workday, including testing and process validation.
- Coordinate compensation communications and documentation to ensure a consistent employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Must be eligible to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency.
