What you will do

• Own the end-to-end eProfit growth and product roadmap for assigned mobile games.
• Define and track success metrics including retention, ARPU, and engagement depth.
• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives across monetization, UA, ASO, and creative testing.
• Contribute directly to product implementation, including writing code and analytics infrastructure.
• Design and execute rapid product experiments to improve business performance.
• Leverage AI-powered intelligence to identify growth opportunities and automate workflows.

Requirements

• Significant Product Management or Product Owner experience in mobile gaming.
• Proven track record of owning live mobile games with measurable business impact.
• Deep understanding of free-to-play economics, LiveOps, and product analytics.
• Technical mindset with experience in scripting, programming, or AI-assisted development.
• Ability to work closely with Engineering and Data teams using quantitative analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.
