What you will do

• Collaborate with program leads to design and develop visually impactful e-learning modules, video trainings, and webinars.
• Create and manage weekly newsletter communications regarding product updates, systems, and sales processes.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to draft communications, refine training scripts, and streamline content development workflows.
• Analyze learner engagement and adoption metrics to provide reports that help sales leaders improve training effectiveness.
• Maintain and optimize the existing digital content library, including metadata tagging and search engine optimization.
• Support learning management system operations by uploading content and tracking utilization.

Requirements

• Must be based in California
• Foundational knowledge of instructional design or lesson planning principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and video editing software.
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
