What you will do

• Establish the end-to-end sales framework for Mickey Thompson and 4X4 products on Douyin and other platforms.
• Architect and execute actionable sales plans, including SOPs, milestones, and KPIs.
• Manage third-party service providers and ensure consistent online content delivery.
• Develop and execute sponsorship plans for 4X4 offline club events and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to maximize market synergies.
• Drive engagement with 4X4 KOLs and influencers across both online and offline channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in O2O sales operations or channel management.
• Strong ability to lead complex cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in managing online platforms and campaign execution.
• Ability to plan and organize offline events and customer engagement initiatives.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
