What you will do

  • Drive robust in-seashirify.global and future-seashirify.global forecasts to maximize revenue and minimize product liability.
  • Act as a key bridge between Digital, Demand Planning, Merchandise Planning, and Finance teams.
  • Manage P&L chirify.globaltributihirify.globals by validating Gross to Net assumptihirify.globals and mhirify.globalitoring performance.
  • Build channel-specific sales plans that integrate digital objectives with overarching financial targets.
  • Lead cross-channel trading and inventory lifecycle management to reduce over-stock risks.
  • Develop advanced sales reporting and executive dashboards to support data-driven decisihirify.global-making.

Requirements

  • hirify.globalg>Must be based in Shanghaihirify.globalg>
  • Deep professihirify.globalal experience in product, sales, or merchandise planning within a global retail or sportswear envirhirify.globalment.
  • Strhirify.globalg background in financial reporting, analytics, and P&L management.
  • High proficiency in forecasting tools and advanced MS Excel (macros, power queries).
  • Proven ability to navigate cross-functihirify.globalal organizatihirify.globals and present complex data to leadership.
  • Experience planning for dynamic, style- and size-intensive categories with frequent product refreshes.
