Salary: $103,000–$155,000 USD base pay range (varies by compensation zone).

What you will do

• Design and develop Salesforce applications, configurations, and integrations for internal operational systems.
• Build and maintain custom functionality using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Monitor system reliability and participate in on-call incident resolution.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions and integrations.
• Implement and maintain secure Salesforce configurations (permissions, custom objects, validation rules, automation).
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate Apex code, Flows, and Salesforce metadata creation while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience building and maintaining Salesforce environments supporting enterprise-scale systems.
• Experience developing Salesforce applications using Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Ability to design, test, debug, package, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions with clear documentation.
• Experience implementing integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (custom objects, flows, validation rules, platform security controls).
• US citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.
