Salary: $112,800 - $257,000 per year

• Lead the management of low-code development platforms from initial vision to production-ready status.
• Develop creative solutions to automate and accelerate cloud modernization.
• Translate client IT needs and future goals into actionable plans, architectural patterns, and design standards.
• Mentor and supervise employees within a collaborative team environment.
• Use automated testing tools to perform necessary testing and system maintenance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing and implementing software applications using Agile methods.
• 4+ years of experience specifically using Salesforce for new or existing applications.
• Experience with cloud programming languages, technologies, and web development stacks.
• Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of software engineering experience, or 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, ServiceNow, Pega, Appian, or PowerApps.
• Proficiency with SFDX, DevOps Center, GitHub, Azure DevOps pipelines, or MuleSoft.
• Experience with Government Cloud Plus, Public Sector Solutions, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience integrating AWS services with the Salesforce platform.
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications (System, Application, Integration, or Data Architect).
