What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple hirify.global services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews, supporting teams in producing extensible and maintainable code.
• Own and advocate for the health and quality of systems, including participating in on-call rotations and live incidents.
• Write architecture briefs and proposals, implement APIs, and utilize CI/CD tools for automated pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, leading discussions for technical solutions.
• Drive and support the technical roadmap, ensuring engineering efforts are strategically prioritized.

Requirements

• 9+ years' experience in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software.
• Proficiency in languages including Go, Ruby, Rust, Python, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, or Java.
• Experience with large-scale system architecture and design, particularly in cloud-based environments (preferred).
• Experience building large Ruby on Rails, Go, and React applications and services (preferred).
• Experience developing with relational databases, distributed systems, and operating software at scale (preferred).
