What you will do

• Develop Salesforce server-side code in Apex to integrate operational systems and enhance core business logic.
• Design, develop, and document APIs for partners and other development teams.
• Build Salesforce client-side visualizations for a UI-driven product using Angular, VisualForce, and JavaScript.
• Analyze integration correctness and effectiveness by querying the database.
• Manage the internal Salesforce instance and metadata (SObjects, permissions, page layouts, etc.).
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Visualforce, Apex, triggers, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), and other SFDC components.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce object design, SOQL, and SOSL.
• 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience in Java, .Net and/or Python.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Ant Migration Tool, Salesforce CLI, and Salesforce DX.
• Experience with SQL and familiarity with REST APIs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player.

Nice to have

• Experience authoring and designing a web-based API.
• Angular and TypeScript knowledge.
• Familiarity with application hosting such as Docker.
