What you will do

• Design and develop AI-driven voice solutions using Agentforce Voice and Einstein Voice.
• Architect scalable and secure voice integration solutions leveraging Salesforce APIs and third-party services.
• Develop custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow logic for voice workflows.
• Integrate voice solutions with CRM data to ensure seamless synchronization and reporting.
• Conduct code reviews and create comprehensive technical documentation following Salesforce best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team professional development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce Voice or similar conversational AI platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and integration patterns.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Knowledge of VoIP, call handling protocols, and compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA).
