What you will do

• Lead product development for wet processing technologies, overseeing mechanical design of equipment and subassemblies.
• Perform analytical studies including heat transfer, material structural analysis, and fluid dynamics.
• Define mechanical design specifications based on customer requirements and safety codes.
• Create and release engineering documentation through the ECO process.
• Develop test plans and design of experiments for prototype development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide hands-on support to manufacturing.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience or MS in Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and SAP (or similar PLM systems).
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural and thermal studies.
• Must be based in Horsham, PA.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to customer or supplier sites.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of industrial control systems, robotics, motion control, and SEMI regulatory standards.
• Project management experience.
