Location: Stirling, UK (Hybrid working arrangements considered).

What you will do

  • Design and implement a Management Operating System (MOS) to drive standardization across UK Distribution.
  • Develop and maintain adviser relationship management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and manage a joined-up KPI framework to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Define and embed consistent ways of working for relationship management roles.
  • Support the transition of change initiatives into business-as-usual ownership.
  • Champion continuous improvement and best practices across regional and national sales teams.

Requirements

  • Strong background in UK Distribution and intermediary sales or operations.
  • Proven experience in delivering operational transformation or performance improvement programs.
  • Experience managing sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Highly numerate with strong ability to interpret MI, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and front-line managers effectively.
  • Experience embedding cultural and behavioral change within regulated environments.
