Salary: $80,000–$110,000 Annually

What you will do

• Sustain and support daily manufacturing operations within the LHA1 value stream.
• Monitor production data and manage critical parts to ensure reliable execution.
• Conduct daily Gemba walks and participate in Tiered Management meetings.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and remove roadblocks.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement effective countermeasures.
• Develop and sustain Standard Work practices to increase efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations or Process Improvement (or 5 years with a 2-year degree, or 3 years with a 4-year degree).
• Demonstrated experience with Lean problem-solving tools like 5-Why and Fishbone.
• Proven ability to develop and implement Standard Work Instructions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be able to work onsite in East Aurora, NY.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
