What you will do

• Lead and execute CI initiatives including Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and waste reduction projects.
• Serve as the primary Lean subject-matter expert, modeling and teaching methodologies to all levels.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify and implement sustainable improvements.
• Facilitate root-cause problem solving using structured methods like A3, DMAIC, and PDCA.
• Track and report CI project outcomes, including productivity gains, cost savings, and quality improvements.
• Coach leaders and frontline teams to build internal CI capability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Person authorized to work in the US.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required (Black Belt preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or Lean leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading hands-on Lean initiatives in a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency with data analysis and process mapping.
• Ability to work directly on the shop floor and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or business.
• Black Belt certification or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level Lean business systems.
