What you will do

• Lead global product strategy and lifecycle management for shoulder and elbow orthopedic implant portfolios.
• Drive upstream product development to align market needs and clinical requirements with innovation priorities.
• Manage end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) processes, including launch planning and commercialization support.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define product positioning and strategic decision-making.
• Develop product roadmaps and business cases aligned with long-term growth objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, regulatory, and clinical teams while engaging with surgeons and KOLs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or upstream product management.
• Experience within medical devices or orthopedics is required.
• Proven track record in leading product development and launches in a regulated industry.
• Strong analytical skills for market research and business case development.
• Must be based in the United States.
