What you will do
- Manage end-to-end product development initiatives and new product introductions.
- Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for the upper extremity product portfolio.
- Conduct market research to assess competitive landscapes and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, regulatory, sales, and medical education teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the surgical field.
- Provide sales support through the creation of training materials, collaterals, and surgeon education programs.
Requirements
- Must have full-time work authorization in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
- Minimum five years of product marketing experience, including upstream marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Marketing.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time (domestic and international).
- Comfortable working in operating rooms and cadaver lab settings.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Medical Device or Orthopaedic industry experience.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Prior experience in sales, downstream marketing, or marketing communications.
