What you will do

• Define and execute market-backed product strategies for patient-driven solutions.
• Create and maintain a clear understanding of customer and market needs across internal teams.
• Develop strategic and tactical roadmaps for patient-centric product solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver objectives while optimizing business value.
• Ensure assigned products meet financial performance targets, including revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead product discovery, market research, and voice-of-customer initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work remotely in Canada.
• Extensive experience in product management with demonstrated leadership and influence.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and translate insights into business opportunities.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
• Familiarity with GMP, GCP, or 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
• Fluency in English with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
