What you will do

• Execute global product strategies at the country level, adapting initiatives to the Spanish competitive landscape.
• Plan and execute medical education programs, including workshops and cadaver labs for surgeons.
• Train sales teams and distributors on product indications, instrumentation, and surgical workflows.
• Provide in-theater support during surgeries to ensure correct product use and reinforce surgeon confidence.
• Partner with sales teams to accelerate segment growth through product differentiation and surgeon targeting.
• Organize national and regional educational events, managing logistics and faculty coordination.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical-scientific field or economics/marketing.
• Must be based in Spain and able to travel frequently.
• English proficiency (written and spoken) required.
• Strong digital and IT skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the orthopedic sector, particularly shoulder or elbow prosthetics, is a strong plus.
