Location: Must be based in Mexico (Remote with 50% travel required).

What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for AMC Enterprise solutions.
- Proactively prospect and lead weekly meetings with new and existing clients across the LATAM region.
- Collaborate with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Microsoft) and alliance partners to drive revenue.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including multi-year subscription and perpetual license agreements.
- Utilize Salesforce to accurately forecast business and track pipeline growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customer IT and business leaders to shape opportunities early in the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solution software sales to Global 1000 clients.
- Strong understanding of Mainframe Technology and Mainframe Modernization selling.
- Must be based in Mexico with the ability to travel 50% of the time.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex transactions with quotas exceeding $2M.
- Deep knowledge of the LATAM market and existing professional network in the region.
- Proficiency in consultative selling and building effective business cases.
Nice to have
- Experience working with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft cloud ecosystems.
- Established relationships with key decision-makers in the LATAM enterprise sector.
