What you will do
- Acquire new customers within the LATAM and Caribbean territories to achieve sales targets.
- Build relationships with C-level stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, CPO/VP of Product) as a trusted advisor.
- Execute a comprehensive territory plan, including face-to-face customer visits for at least 50% of work time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive predictable sales cycles.
- Manage sales activity, pipeline, and revenue metrics using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in quota-carrying account management selling infrastructure software or platform solutions.
- Must be based in Mexico.
- Proven track record of executing 6-figure deals and consistently over-achieving quotas.
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to generate a significant portion of the pipeline independently.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com for tracking sales activity and revenue metrics.
