Partner Sales Manager (Italy & Spain): Coordinate and orchestrate partner engagement at prospect and customer accounts to drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced bookings with an accent on regional partner growth strategy, partner business planning, and enterprise technology deal execution. Focus on building partner maps and plans, recruiting and enabling local partners, and maintaining accurate partner sales forecasting in SFDC.

What you will do
- Drive proactive sales opportunity generation, pipeline management, and deal closure with partners.
- Develop and execute a regional partner growth strategy aligned with assigned sales teams to achieve software bookings goals.
- Create regional partner business plans with quantified goals and milestones for partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable key local partners to meet or exceed plan targets.
- Coordinate with ’s Business Development team to execute strategic partner GTM plays and facilitate advanced partner solutions.
- Maintain and report partner sales forecasts in SFDC with 4X pipeline coverage and run regular business reviews with priority partners.
Requirements
- Spanish AND Italian speaking
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in direct and channel sales.
- Strong understanding of the data & AI software business.
- Proven channel sales/alliance experience with quantifiable results in enterprise technology sales.
- Experience building consensus, developing sponsorship, and driving sales and technical certification outcomes across multiple levels.
- Experience creating and executing partner business plans with global and regional partners.
