What you will do

  • Build and scale a robust foundation of reseller partners within the Spanish market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle with partners, from prospecting and recruitment to deal closure and renewals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans to generate high-quality net new business pipeline.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, QBRs, and close plan reviews to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Facilitate sales and product enablement sessions to accelerate partner performance and resolve channel conflicts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Partner Marketing, Education, and Legal.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Spain
  • Spanish language proficiency required
  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS or MarTech industries
  • 5+ years of proven experience in channel/partner sales and reseller management
  • Demonstrable track record of producing ACV from reseller partnerships
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to vision-sell to leadership audiences

Nice to have

  • Experience working within an agency or consultancy environment
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing and MarTech ecosystems
  • Experience in professional services organization KPIs
