What you will do

• Coordinate daily work assignments and shipping schedules in collaboration with the supervisor.
• Provide hands-on support to associates, including training, troubleshooting equipment, and resolving production issues.
• Lead daily tier meetings and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain 5S standards within the primary work area.
• Foster a safe work culture by enforcing safety regulations and escalating concerns immediately.
• Influence team performance and build positive employee relations through informal leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of applicable laws, safety regulations, and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
• Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment testing.
