What you will do

• Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Monitor multiple CNC machines and auxiliary equipment for consistency and accuracy.
• Perform machining tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor.
• Check and document product specifications in alignment with Quality Assurance requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow operators and quality teams to optimize production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, plug gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply basic math skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
• Adherence to safety practices, policies, and regulations.
• Must pass background checks and a pre-employment drug test.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience operating CNC lathes or milling machines in a production environment.
• Experience replacing and troubleshooting worn tooling.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
