What you will do

• Work alongside operators to execute daily production tasks within assigned station or cell.
• Monitor team adherence to takt time and schedule, escalating risks to supervisor.
• Provide peer coaching, task coordination, and informal training to team members.
• Manage material readiness, tool availability, and workstation organization (5S).
• Support quality checks, ensure standard work instructions are followed, and report deviations.
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate goals, and model safe work behaviors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of production or assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated reliability, teamwork, and performance in hands-on roles.
• Strong understanding of standard work, quality expectations, and takt time principles.
• Good communication and peer leadership skills.
• Willingness to support and coach others while performing production work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean tools (5S, standard work, visual boards).
• Peer mentorship or informal training experience.
• Light troubleshooting or escalation awareness.
• Basic familiarity with ERP or work instruction systems.
