Enterprise Customer Success Manager

What you will do

• Lead the post-sale relationship for strategic enterprise accounts, including onboarding, training, and adoption.
• Understand customer objectives to identify and execute on account growth and expansion opportunities.
• Partner with account teams to manage renewals and forecasting.
• Collaborate with leadership to build and refine best-in-class sales playbooks and processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify product improvements and ensure clients leverage the latest features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of enterprise-level post-sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales or success quotas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a story through data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence decision-making.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Must be able to commute to the Austin, Texas office 1-2 times a week.
