Salary: $60,000-$66,000 base; $100,000-$110,000 On-Target-Earnings (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting through close.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate opportunities using targeted account planning and outbound communication (phone, email, and social media).
- Build relationships to understand customer processes and problems, and connect business objectives to solutions.
- Develop, manage, and grow pipeline through prospecting and expansions in collaboration with go-to-market organizations.
- Learn the platform and product portfolio to demo and articulate the value proposition effectively.
- Manage high-volume outbound/inbound communications, demos, and customer wins while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience at a software/technology company.
- Experience identifying and closing quick sales wins.
- Proven ability to sell to and influence software users, mid-level managers, and C-level executives while building consensus.
- Track record of qualifying and/or closing software transactions.
- Exceptional time and people management skills to marshal resources and advance opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
