TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative (Software/Technology): Drive full-cycle B2B sales by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities with end users and analytic leaders to expand hirify.global adoption across functional business groups. Focus on building trusted advisor relationships, managing high-volume outbound/inbound pipeline, and achieving accurate forecasting and business planning results.

Location: USA-NC-1 Glenwood Ave

Salary: $60,000-$66,000 base; $100,000-$110,000 On-Target-Earnings (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting through close.
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate opportunities using targeted account planning and outbound communication (phone, email, and social media).
  • Build relationships to understand customer processes and problems, and connect business objectives to hirify.global solutions.
  • Develop, manage, and grow pipeline through prospecting and expansions in collaboration with go-to-market organizations.
  • Learn the hirify.global platform and product portfolio to demo and articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Manage high-volume outbound/inbound communications, demos, and customer wins while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience at a software/technology company.
  • Experience identifying and closing quick sales wins.
  • Proven ability to sell to and influence software users, mid-level managers, and C-level executives while building consensus.
  • Track record of qualifying and/or closing software transactions.
  • Exceptional time and people management skills to marshal resources and advance opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
