What you will do

  • Prospect and qualify net-new Paragon opportunities while supporting upsell and cross-sell efforts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and large physician groups.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of Altera solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a consistent sales pipeline within CRM tools.
  • Partner with senior team members to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and issue resolution to ensure client retention and profitability.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and live near a major airport.
  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare IT sales or business development.
  • Foundational understanding of the healthcare IT industry, specifically hospitals or large physician groups.
  • Experience selling or supporting complex B2B solutions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage 50-70% overnight travel requirements.
