What you will do
- Prospect and qualify net-new Paragon opportunities while supporting upsell and cross-sell efforts.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and large physician groups.
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of Altera solutions.
- Manage and maintain a consistent sales pipeline within CRM tools.
- Partner with senior team members to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Contribute to strategic planning and issue resolution to ensure client retention and profitability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and live near a major airport.
- 2β5 years of experience in healthcare IT sales or business development.
- Foundational understanding of the healthcare IT industry, specifically hospitals or large physician groups.
- Experience selling or supporting complex B2B solutions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage 50-70% overnight travel requirements.
