TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Managing inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads and support enterprise sales growth. Focus on building and maintaining a healthy pipeline, assessing prospect fit, and coordinating discovery calls and product demos with sales and pre-sales teams.

Location: Manchester, NH (Hybrid 3x/week)

Salary: $45,500–$65,000 base, plus a 30% commission plan

What you will do

  • Manage inbound leads and run outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Identify new contacts, assess fit, and introduce hirify.global’s solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle and stay engaged
  • Schedule discovery calls and coordinate product demos with sales and pre-sales teams
  • Represent hirify.global with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements
