Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; travel for onsite off-label use and SIUU training may reach 70%.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary clinical contact for healthcare providers using ambulatory cardiac monitoring systems and services.
• Educate providers on approved indications, arrhythmia detection, and clinically validated applications.
• Respond to unsolicited inquiries about off-label or investigational use with balanced, evidence-based information.
• Direct providers to peer-reviewed studies, medical literature, and ongoing research while avoiding proactive promotion of unapproved uses.
• Deliver training, presentations, journal clubs, service updates, and sales team education as appropriate.
• Partner with clinical operations, medical affairs, compliance, legal, regulatory, and commercial teams and provide feedback for future studies or expanded indications.

Requirements

• Clinical or scientific degree in health sciences, such as RN, APN, or PA.
• 3–5 years of experience as a clinical educator or in a similar role.
• Experience in a regulated environment, diagnostics, biomedical devices, or cardiac monitoring IDTFs.
• Knowledge of off-label use guidelines and SIUU frameworks.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills for working with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and clinical teams.
• Ability to document inquiries and responses and support transparent, FDA-compliant scientific exchange.

Nice to have

• Credentialing or specialization in cardiology, electrophysiology, or diagnostic sciences.
• Experience handling off-label use discussions within FDA-compliant frameworks.
